The garage industry is changing its approach to customer service, Spratley's of Mortimer is one of thousands of responsible garage operators that has committed to maintaining acceptable levels of customer service through subscription to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair.

This Code is supported by the Government, Office of Fair Trading, Trading Standards Institute, Which? and all the key motor industry organisations.

Your assistance is required in ensuring Spratley's of Mortimer has provided you with a satisfactory service and complied with the terms of the Code by completing the Motor Industry Consumer Satisfaction Survey.

Spratley's of Mortimer has a Code subscriber number which is 2851. You will need this when completing the form so Motor Codes, the industry body responsible for the operation of the Code and Survey, know which garage you are providing feedback about.

In addition to your feedback being vital to Motor Codes monitoring of performance across the industry, your feedback will help other consumers when selecting a garage to use as a 'Garage Rating' is generated and displayed against the garage rating on the website.
