I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the workshop staff of your company for rectifying the fault that my vehicle developed at a very inappropriate time just as I was about to trade in the car as a part exchange. I had a nasty feeling that the fault was more serious than it actually transpired to be. I had visions of the part ex deal being wrecked. I would also like to say that the sales staff in the showroom were also very helpful in assisting me in selecting the most suitable vehicle for my requirements which I think I have done.
